Canvas & Co. strives to be more than just an Art Studio. We aspire to be an Art Hub, where creatives in all different disciplines can use our facilities for one-off expert workshops, regular classes or weekly creative get togethers.

We are keen to collaborate with local artists and creatives and offer competitive rates for room hire. We endeavour to make the space welcoming, inspiring and relaxing.

Facilities and Access:

Canvas & Co. can accommodate up to 18 people, including staff. We would recommend a maximum group size of 14 participants, depending on planned activity and how much space your activity will need.

We have 4 large wooden trestle tables (6ft x 3ft) that can be moved to your preferred layout and 18 stacking chairs. There is a sink and fridge available to use and a small amount of crockery and cutlery. There is a toilet inside the unit. Parking is extensive as participants can use any of the parking bays on the Saxon Business Park.

Equipment:

Some equipment may be available to borrow, e.g. paint brushes. For a full list of equipment we have, please click here. Please ask if there is anything you would like to use during your class and we will add it to your hire agreement.

Rates:

For one off workshops or classes, we charge £20 per hour for the class. We include a free 30-minute set-up time and 30-minute clearing up period.

For recurring classes, we offer a discounted rate of £16.50 per hour which also includes a free 30-minute set-up time and 30-minute clearing up period. In order to qualify for this rate, you will need to make a minimum of 5 bookings with us.
